Refund policy

No refunds on shipped orders. No refunds/replacements if you did not put your correct address once the order is shipped. Once your package leaves our hands we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages.

***Note that there will be NO REFUNDS for any packages not shipping on time, with the busy holiday season, post offices experience higher delays.***

If your package arrives damaged we will provide all the necessary information for you to file a claim with USPS. All orders are shipped Priority 2-3 day mail, this is NOT a guaranteed time delivery.

When purchasing from Save with Kay you are paying for our time in finding, clipping, organizing and shipping the coupons not the actual coupons.
